8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarish Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the services at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Compliance obligations include the Companies Act, 2013, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
11. Dispute Resolution
